What shipping options are available?

• All one-time purchases have a flat rate shipping fee of $4.00.

• All subscription orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $2.00.

• Free shipping is included on all subscription orders over $50.00.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping times are 3-5 business days, but we will always do our best to get your shipments to you sooner.

Please note, orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.

Can I track My order?

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation notice via email. Once your order is shipped, another message will be sent including your tracking number.

 Love My Nutritionals is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at info@lovemynutritionals.com.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all U.S. Addresses – Alaska and Hawaii, and PO Boxes included. However at this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO address.

What is Your Refund Policy?

We stand behind our product 100%. If for any reason you are unhappy, we have a 30-day return policy on your first product purchase. You have 30 days after the purchase date to request a return.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at CustomerSupport@LoveMyNutritionals.com . Once your return is processed, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will
not be accepted.

Please note, Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event your original payment cannot be processed due to expired/cancelled credit card, store credit will be issued.

My Products Arrived Damaged/I Received the Wrong Product. What Should I Do?

If there’s no sugar, what’s used to sweeten Flavor Drops?

The ONLY ingredient we use to sweeten Flavor Drops is stevia. Stevia is a natural herb found in nature, (which is recognized as safe by both the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)and is one of the healthiest and safest sweeteners available when trying to avoid added sugar.  

What makes your stevia better than others?

Unfortunately, some companies try to cut corners with stevia and go the cheaper route using extraction methods that include chemicals or adding fillers and other sweeteners to something that was once pure and clean. This is why so many stevia’s have such a bitter metallic taste.  

We knew we could do better, and you deserved better. We are proud to say, our stevia comes from the highest-quality stevia plant leaves, is water extracted and free of fillers. So, you get taste all the yummy sweetness without the calories, carbs, sugar, or harsh chemicals!

What is used for flavor in Flavor Drops?

We use only natural flavors to create our flavoring. Natural flavors are created using ingredients from natural sources such as essential oils, extracts, etc. that are derived from spices, fruits, vegetables, and other natural sources.

How are natural flavors different in US vs. New Zealand?

Guidelines for creating natural flavors vary greatly between countries. In the US, natural flavor must come directly from a natural source. However, natural flavoring is allowed to have certain limits of synthetic chemicals/solvents and when a flavorist mixes these “natural flavors” they are allowed to use certain synthetic chemicals or reactions.

However New Zealand guidelines (which are some of the strictest in the world) natural flavors are NOT allowed to have any type of synthetic chemicals/solvents in them. The natural flavor must come directly from a natural source. And when a flavorist mixes the natural flavors, they are required to follow the same stringent guidelines they use for food.

We are very proud that Flavor Drops is manufactured in New Zealand, and follows some of the strictest natural flavor guidelines in the world.  

Do my Flavor Drops need to be refrigerated?

No, we made our water enhancers for hydration on-the-go to make it an easy way to add flavor into your daily routine. No need to stash in the fridge, just your purse, gym bag, pocket, or fanny pack!

 

How soon do I need to use my Flavor Drops?

To get the best taste, we recommend using your Flavor Drops within 60 days of opening your bottle, or by the best-by date on the label.

Do Flavor Drops contain artificial flavors?

No. Flavor Drops do not contain any artificial flavors or colors, and are free from preservatives, and dyes.

Does your product have fruit juice in it?

No. Flavor Drops does not have any fruit juice in it. Fruit juices contain sugar and calories and although the sugar in 100% fruit juices is naturally occurring rather than added, once metabolized, the biological response is essentially the same. This means fruit juice will affect blood glucose and insulin levels.

Flavor Drops is very proud of the fact that we have Zero Sugar, Zero Carbs, and Zero Calories so there is no impact on blood glucose or insulin levels.  

I am a diabetic, can I use Flavor Drops?

Yes! We are very proud of the fact that Flavor Drops is made with Stevia, and has Zero Sugar, Zero Carbs, Zero Calories and Zero Artificial Sweeteners. There have been many studies done on stevia over the past years that show stevia does not affect blood glucose or insulin levels.  

I am on the Keto diet, can I use Flavor Drops?

Yes, Flavor Drops is keto friendly! We are very proud of the fact that Flavor Drops is made with Stevia, and has Zero Sugar, Zero Carbs, Zero Calories and Zero Artificial Sweeteners. So you can rest assured that Flavor Drops will give you all the yummy flavor, without kicking you out of ketosis.  

How many glasses does one bottle of Flavor Drops make?

One bottle of Flavor Drops makes 44, 8-oz  glasses of flavored water.

How do I use Flavor Drops?

Simple, just DROP IT LIKE IT’S HOT! Flavor Drop Water Enhancers can be squeezed into any liquids or foods that you’d like to add some flavorful fun to. For every 8 ounces of liquid, squeeze once. If you enjoy a stronger flavor adjust to your taste by adding one squeeze at a time. It’s literally as simple as that!

Do I have to set up a subscription?

No, you can make a one-time purchase whenever you want. However, we always recommend signing up for a subscription to receive 15% off every order and $2 flat rate shipping, plus all the VIP perks that come with the program.

Does it cost anything to sign-up for Subscribe & Save?

No, there is no fee to join our Subscribe & Ship for free program. Remember you can change, skip or cancel your subscription whenever you want with a few clicks via your account. We think it’s the cats meowwww!

How do I sign up for a subscription?

You can sign-up for our subscription program by choosing the “Subscription” option prior to adding product to your cart. Once, you begin the checkout process, just follow the prompts to complete sign-up.

If I sign up for a subscription, will it renew automatically?

Yes, that is the beauty of subscribing, you don’t have to worry about a thing! We automatically process your order, depending on the frequency you have selected, every 14 or 30 days. We will send you a reminder email 48 hours before your upcoming order is processed. So, you will have plenty of time to switch up flavors, quantities, delivery dates, or even skip that month’s order.

Can I change my subscription order?

Yes, you can always change your order! Want to add more of your favorite flavor, or add more bottles to your order, or maybe you are going on a dream vacation around the world and won’t be home to receive your order? Whatever you need, we got you covered. From switching up flavors, quantities, delivery dates, or even skipping a month, simply login to your account, click on “Manage My Subscription” and change away!

Please note that if your order has already been processed, we are unable to make any changes to it and all changes will be applied to the next order.

How do I change my delivery Date?

Want to receive your subscription order sooner or later? Simply login to your account, click on “Manage My Subscription” and under “Next Order” simply click on the green “Change” button. There you can choose any date for delivery.

How do I skip a month?

Going on the dream trip around the world and won’t be home to receive your Flavor drop order, don’t worry we got ya covered!  Simply login to your account, click on “Manage My Subscription” and click on the “Skip” button. This will skip your next month’s order, and you will see your delivery date updated with the following month’s delivery date.

Please note that if your order has already been processed, we are unable to make any changes to it and all changes will be applied to the next order.

When will my card be charged again after my first subscription order?

Your card will automatically be charged on the date of your subscription renewal, which is set to be every 14 or 30 days after you’ve placed your first subscription order.

Don’t worry we will send you an email reminder two days before your order is processed, so you will always be in the know regarding your subscription order!

How can I cancel my subscription?

Before we say good bye, we want to remind you that you can push your order out to a future deliver date. Simply login to your account, click on “Manage My Subscription” and under “Next Order” simply click on the green “Change” button. There you can choose any date for delivery.

If skipping an order, or pushing out your delivery date doesn’t work for you, you can always cancel your subscription. While we will be sad to see you go, we understand sometimes good things must come to an end. To cancel your subscription, you will need to login to your account, click on “Manage My Subscription” and click on “Cancel Subscription” located underneath the Payment Mode section. 

Please note cancelling your subscription does not cancel any orders that are processing or have been processed. All orders listed under your Order History will be delivered.

 

Where can I find my subscription information?

Simply login to your account, and click on “Manage My Subscription”. From here you can see and manage all your subscription order information.

What form of payments do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and
Google Pay. You can also pay through a PayPal account.

Why does my payment method say “Shopify_payments-Shopify_payments”?

This means that your online payment is being processed through Shopify Payments. Our website is hosted on Shopify, and uses Shopify payments to process all our online transactions. 

To access your payment information, when you are in your subscription account, under “Payment Method” simply you click on the green “Change” button. A pop-up will display, and you will want to click on the green “Access My Payment Information” button.  You will be sent an email to your email on file, with a link to access it.

What is Shopify Payments?

Shopify Payments is our online payment processor. They are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, and carry an SSL certificate. Which means you can rest easy knowing, we meet the highest set of security standards in the world. These standards are designed to ensure that we maintain a secure environment. On top of that our SSL certificate adds an extra layer of protection by encrypting private information.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, simply login to your account, click on “Manage My Subscription” and under “Payment Method” simply click on the green “Change” button. A pop-up will display, and you will want to click on the green “Access My Payment Information” button.  You will be sent an email to your email on file, with a link to access it.

I didn’t sign up for an account. How can I view my subscription information?

After you place your first subscription order online, you will need to set up an account to view and manage your subscription.  Please note, this can only be done once your first subscription order has been placed.

To set up your account:

1. Click on the account icon (shaped like a person) located in the upper right-hand side of our website.

2. Click “Create account” located under the “Sign in” button.

3. Enter your first name, last name, email (be sure to use the same email address you used when your subscription was originally purchased. As a reminder, it is the email address your Love My Flavor Drops subscription confirmation email was delivered to.) and create a password.

4. You will then be sent an email asking you to activate your account.

5. Once the link in the email is clicked, you will be able to login to your account using your email and password you just set up.

What does unfulfilled status under Fulfillment Status mean?

Unfulfilled status means your next order has not been processed or shipped yet. Once your payment method has been processed, your order status will change to fulfilled.
