Sugar Free Raspberry Marshmallows is a great recipe created by @NourishFuelHeal that takes a fun twist on the classic marshmallow while creating a healthier version of this fun treat using Raspberry Flavor Drops.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Water + 3/4 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Gelatine (grass-fed if possible)
- 1/2 Cup Stevia
- 2 Tsp Raspberry Flavor Drops (or your favorite Flavor Drops Flavor)
- Food Coloring (optional)
- 9x9 Square Baking Pan
- Parchment Paper
- Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Line 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil to help marshmallows pop out easily.
- Add 1/2 cup water and gelatine into a bowl, stir with a fork and set aside.
- Heat 3/4 cup water in a saucepan, add sweetener of choice until dissolved and liquid is hot.
- Add Flavor Drops Water Enhancers (about 20 drops) to hot liquid mixture.
- Slowly pour the hot liquid into the gelatine mixture while beating on high until the mixture has thickened, turned white, and doubled in size (about 10 minutes).
- Quickly transfer the Mallow mix from the bowl to the 9x9 pan with a spatula and smooth the top with the spatula. You will need to work quickly as this sets fast.
- Put into the refrigerator and let set for about an hour.
- Once set, lift marshmallow out of tin with parchment paper and place on cutting board with parchment paper still underneath.
- Cut to shape by spraying a large knife with coconut oil. You can cute into traditional cube or any shape of your choice.

Use any flavor of Flavor Drops Water Enhancers for this recipe.
For an extra indulgent treat, cover marshmallows in chocolate or roll in powdered stevia.
These will last in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
